Healthy Omelet

  • 3 egg whites add 2 yokes
  • 1/3 cup spinach
  • 1/3 cup baby kale
  • 1 tbsp. red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. red onion
  • 2 tbsp. mushrooms
  • Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
  • Sprinkle of black pepper
  • Sprinkle of ginger powder
  • Sprinkle of turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp. black beans
  • 1 tbsp. chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro
  • 3 slices avocado
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • 1 cup black coffee
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. banana
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon powder
  • Sprinkle of cocoa powder
  • Sprinkle of shredded organic coconut
  • Sprinkle of chia seeds

Prepare omelet in a bowl 3 egg whites blending in 2 yokes, spray skillet with non stick no butter spray and get the egg going. In bowl mix ingredients Baby Kale, Spinach, Red onion, Red pepper, Mushrooms and sprinkle in the spices Cayenne, Black pepper, Ginger, Turmeric powder. Sodium can be used recommend sea salt to your flavor. Add ingredients to egg fold and set on plate.

Prepare the oatmeal in microwave measuring cup with 1/3 cup water. Once cooked and moved to serving bowl stir in the sprinkle ingredients. Prepare the fruits to sit on top of cooked oatmeal, adding the almond milk last.

This healthy breakfast takes about 15 minutes to prepare. Oatmeal can be cooked the night before, reheat in microwave adding ingredients after heated. Sugar can be added to your flavor.
