Healthy Breakfast

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 yoke
  • 1 tbsp. light shredded cheese
  • Sliced avocado
  • 1/3 cup spinach
  • 1/3 cup mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup red bell pepper
  • 2 slices light turkey bacon
  • 2 whole grain waffles
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. banana
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1 cup coffee

Mix 3 egg whites with one yoke in bowl, Scramble in skillet and place on plate sprinkle cheese to melt on top. Now in skillet saute the spinach, mushrooms and bell peppers. Use oil or butter your preference. I bake the bacon, toast the waffles, slice the fruits and serve for a Healthy breakfast. The coffee is for me.
